Fare Rules
Full Flexi:
- Can be booked at anytime up until flight departs.
- Fully Flexible airfare with no change or cancellation fees applicable.
- Fare is fully refundable.
- Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited.
- Name changes are permitted.
- Can be paid by cash or invoice or purchase order.
Flexi Saver:
- Can be booked at anytime up until flight departs.
- Changes are permitted subject to seat availability and a $33.00 (incl GST) change fee applies.
- Fare is upgradeable to Full Flexi.
- Fare is non-refundable.
- Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited
- Name changes are not permitted.
- Can be paid by cash/credit card.
Q Locals (Bamaga Service):
- Can only be booked at any time through the Regional Pacific Office on 1300 797 667
*excepting Tuesday QLocals day when you can book online.
- Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited.
- Fare is changeable if upgraded to Full Flexi fare.
- Fare is non-refundable.
- Payment must be paid within 3 hours of making the booking.
- Fare is cash or credit card only.
