Full Flexi:
Can be booked at anytime up until flight departs.
Fully Flexible airfare with no change or cancellation fees applicable.
Fare is fully refundable.
Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited
Name changes are permitted.
Can be paid by cash or invoice or purchase order.
Flexi Saver:
Can be booked at anytime up until flight departs.
Changes are permitted subject to seat availability and a $33.00 (incl GST) change fee applies.
Fare is upgradeable to Full Flexi.
Fare is non-refundable.
Failure to check-in for flight, fare is forfeited
Name changes are not permitted.
Can be paid by cash or invoice.
Q Locals (Bamaga Service):
Can only be booked 48 hours prior to flight departs excepting Tuesday (Qlocals day) when you can book anytime.

Payment must be paid within 3 hours of making the booking.
